Bio

I am a retired broadcast journalists with more than fifty years experience. I started in radio in 1948 as an announcer. That was when announcers did everything: newscasts, commercials, record shows (DJ work). Over the years I gravitated to news and ended up as a news director, reporter, and anchor, working in Georgia and South Carolina. I retired in 2000 and have been freelance writing since. I just started blogging.
