Elwood Indiana Citizens Step Forward

I've been super busy of late, but I wanted to mention the success my friend Al Jordan is having over at ElwoodIndiana.org. He recently asked for help and had a couple trustworthy and hardworking citizens step forward to moderate anonymous comments. His site's really taken off since earlier this year.

Another cool thing to note is this piece on the Annual Elwood Chile Cookoff. A local citizen, one Nicole Parker, stepped forward and did a story and took photos of the event.

The community up there is really starting to pull together.

Meanwhile, I continue to settle into my new city - Anderson. I've met lots of people. Traffic on the website continues to rise - with more members stepping forward to leave comments - a living, breathing community online that you can't buy or purchase or just simply throw money at.

Heh. Not that I couldn't use some money right now.

Anyway, things are on the move and looking good in a lot of respects. Just a tip of the hat to my neighbor news slash community site in Elwood, Indiana.
